Managed hosting

Managed hosting or site management is where your IT service provider manages the content on your site. Maybe you want to email some photos and text to be turned into a blog post. Maybe you want to call up and request that the logo be updated. Or if you want a pdf document put on the site so visitors can download it.

The opposite of managed hosting is unmanaged hosting. In this case, only the system administration of the website (password resets, backups, hosting) is managed by the MSP and the user has to take care of all the content. Despite being unmanaged, slvit gladly does occasional content updates (i.e. once or twice a year) on these sites.

These prices are preliminary estimates. Final pricing depends on how often a site requires content changes.
